The driveway is clear before the coffee is made.
Snow in the GTA arrives overnight, on a Sunday, or an hour before rush hour. Winter service is not something you should have to think about, phone about, or wait for.
How a contract works
You do not call us. The snow does.
A trigger depth is agreed
We set the accumulation at which your property gets serviced — lower for commercial lots that must open, higher for a driveway you can live with.
We clear in storm order
Commercial lots and early-shift customers first, residential drives next, and properties re-run if the storm keeps producing.
Walks and ice are handled
Steps, walkways and entries cleared by hand where a plow cannot reach, and salt applied on contract or on request.

Residential and commercial, same standard
Everything that has to be walkable or drivable at six in the morning — and the parts most contractors skip, like the approach to the mailbox and the strip behind the car.

Seasonal contracts are booked before the first storm — equipment and route slots are committed in advance, so late sign-ups are limited.
Worth knowing
The trigger depth is the whole contract
Everything about how your winter goes is decided by one number agreed in October. Set it too high and you are shovelling the end of the driveway yourself on the mornings that matter. Set it too low on a quiet side street and you are paying for visits you did not need.
Commercial lots that open to the public are usually serviced at a lower trigger than residential driveways, because liability starts the moment somebody walks across the parking lot.

Winter questions
What time will you come?
Through and after the storm, in route order. Commercial properties that must open are serviced first, then residential. On an overnight storm that means most driveways are done before the morning commute.
What if it snows for two days?
Contracted properties get re-run. A single clearing at the end of a 40 cm event is not a service, it is an excavation.
Do you salt?
Yes, on contract or on request. We use what the surface can take — salt is hard on interlock and on the lawn edge, so on some properties we recommend a different product or a lighter application.
What about the pile at the end of the driveway after the city plow?
That windrow is the single most common complaint in the GTA. Contracted properties get it cleared on the same visit when the city plow has already been through, or on a return pass when it has not.
Do you damage lawns and interlock?
Properties are staked before the season so the crew can see edges under snow, and plow shoes are set for the surface. Damage still happens occasionally after an ice event, and we repair it in spring.
