Maintenance that never lets the property slip

03 — Snow season
You do not call us. The snow does.
Winter service runs on an agreed trigger depth. When accumulation hits the number, your property is on the route — at two in the morning if that is when the storm finishes.

Before you call
How much does weekly lawn maintenance cost?
It depends on lot size, how much trimming the property needs and whether there are beds to keep. You get a flat per-visit number in writing before anything is scheduled — not an hourly rate that grows on a slow day.
Do you do the design as well as the build?
Yes. We can work from a plan you already have, or lay the space out with you and then build it — patio, walls, grading, planting and sod, with one crew responsible for the whole thing.
Do I have to sign a contract for mowing?
For weekly maintenance, no long-term contract. We ask for the season so routing stays sane. Snow is different: winter service is a seasonal agreement, because equipment and route slots are committed before the first storm.
How does the snow trigger depth work?
We agree an accumulation at which your property gets serviced — lower for commercial lots that have to open, higher for a driveway you can live with. When it hits, you are on the route. You never have to call.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes — retail, offices, condo and apartment grounds. Lots are cleared and salted before opening hours, and grounds work is scheduled outside your busiest part of the week.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We move you, usually to the next dry day, and you hear about it from us rather than by looking out of the window. Cutting a soaked lawn tears the turf and leaves ruts.
