Based in Concord. On the road for ten minutes, not an hour.
We keep the route tight on purpose. A crew that spends its day in traffic cuts corners by four o’clock, and you are the one who pays for that.
Vaughan
Concord, Maple, Woodbridge and Thornhill all sit inside Vaughan, and so do we. Our shop is on Applewood Cres in Concord, which means most Vaughan properties are a ten-minute drive rather than an hour on the 407.
Local detail 02Woodbridge
Woodbridge is interlock country — wide driveways, front walks and back patios, much of it laid fifteen or twenty years ago and now heaving. It is also where we do some of our heaviest winter work, because those same wide driveways take a long time to shovel by hand.

Maple is full of newer subdivisions, and newer subdivisions mean builder soil: a few centimetres of topsoil over compacted clay and construction fill. It is the single most common reason a five-year-old lawn in Maple looks worse than a forty-year-old lawn in Thornhill.
Local detail 04Thornhill
Thornhill has the tree canopy that newer parts of the GTA are still waiting for — which is wonderful in July and a serious amount of work in October. Mature maples and oaks mean repeat leaf clean-ups, shade-tolerant grass and beds that need real pruning rather than a hedge trim.
Local detail 05Richmond Hill
Richmond Hill sits on some genuinely awkward grades. Half the calls we get here are about a slope that cannot be mowed safely, water running toward a foundation, or a wall built by somebody in a hurry that is now leaning out.

Markham is where a lot of our commercial work lives — office parks, plazas and condo grounds that have to look maintained on a schedule and be cleared before opening in winter.

North York properties are often older, narrower and harder to get equipment into. That changes the approach: smaller machines, more hand work, and materials carried rather than driven in.

City work is its own discipline — small back gardens, laneway access, street parking for the truck, and neighbours close enough that a noisy nine-hour job is not acceptable.
Local detail 03Etobicoke
Etobicoke has beautiful older lots and, in some pockets, drainage that has never been sorted out. Where water sits after every storm, no amount of new sod will fix it — the grade has to change first.
Local detail 04Aurora
Aurora and King City properties are bigger, which changes both jobs: mowing becomes a route of its own, and winter drives are long enough that seasonal contracts make far more sense than per-visit.
