Before you write
How much does weekly lawn maintenance cost?
It depends on lot size, how much trimming the property needs and whether there are beds to keep. You get a flat per-visit number in writing before anything is scheduled — not an hourly rate that grows on a slow day.
Do you do the design as well as the build?
Yes. We can work from a plan you already have, or lay the space out with you and then build it — patio, walls, grading, planting and sod, with one crew responsible for the whole thing.
Do I have to sign a contract for mowing?
For weekly maintenance, no long-term contract. We ask for the season so routing stays sane. Snow is different: winter service is a seasonal agreement, because equipment and route slots are committed before the first storm.
How does the snow trigger depth work?
We agree an accumulation at which your property gets serviced — lower for commercial lots that have to open, higher for a driveway you can live with. When it hits, you are on the route. You never have to call.
