How we quote a build

What we need from you to price it

You do not need drawings or measurements. A couple of photos and the address get us most of the way, because lot dimensions are public record.

  • Photos of the area from two or three angles
  • Rough idea of what you want it to do — seating, parking, privacy, drainage
  • Anything you already know is a problem: water, slope, a tree, a fence line
  • Whether it is one project or a phased plan
